Saturday, 14:30-17:30: The River of Grace
Prophecy from the Hopi Elders in Arizona, USA:
” There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore.
They will feel like they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off toward the middle of
the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
See who is there with you and celebrate. “

In this workshop we will use elegant principles based on Anusara yoga and learn about Buddhist Meditation techniques to tune body and mind to this great river inside.
Katchie Ananda will give you new tools of how to be at ease in your body and mind and how to feel more alive and vibrant. We will use Buddhist and Tantric philosophies as well as smart principle of alignments to quiet the mind and open the heart.
