My name is Ruud I was born in Haarlem and still working in the financial
industry. After reading a Yogabook of André Van Lysebeth my excitement of Yoga
begun. My first Yogaschool is SvahaYoga where I did the teacher training. No more
soccer, cycling or karate for me. Yoga gives me everything I need.
 
Even if you are going to experience your first time on a yogamat, believe me,
change in your life has begun. By practising the asanas not only the body
changes, but your mind will change and the way you act in daily life.  
Supported by pranayama, meditation, philosophy  and many more, you will face
all challenges without fear as a true Warrior.
