Core Flow Yoga was developed by the main person who teaches these special flow yoga classes at Svaha Yoga, Marlene Henny. She’s a Vinyasa yogi in origin, who created her own dynamic style to improve on general alignment and strengthen all the major muscle groups. So come give your core the TLC it deserves in this 90 minute yoga class that’s open to yogis of all levels.

Note: there are a few reported side effects of Core Flow yoga. These include rock-hard abs and a general increase in sexiness :)
