A very gentle class, suitable for all ages, levels and bodies. Restorative yoga is especially beneficial if you're tired, overworked, sick or injured. We use a lot of blankets and props to make sure you get all the benefits of the asanas without forcing yourself. You'll be spending a lot of time in the poses, so the props will help you to comfortably relax, restore and breathe.
