Vinyasa Yoga 1 – Moderate Flow is a great yoga class to get your basics down. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to flow yoga, or if you haven’t practiced in a while. The gentle flow of this yoga class will teach you the asanas, chants and proper breathing without feeling pressured into keeping up. You’ll find yourself becoming more healthy and flexible – without even trying. If you’ve just started out, we advise you to stick to this class for at least 3 months of steady practice before moving on to Vinyasa Yoga 2 – Intense Flow.

Please kindly note that this class is also taught at our Jordaan Shala and in our Downtown yoga studio in Amsterdam city center.
