We’re serious about teacher trainings at Svaha Yoga, and this is where the journey starts. Our yoga Pre-Teacher Training is an intensive, one month program that will pump up your knowledge of the Svaha Yoga Sadhana series. Forward and back bends, balances and twists – you’ll be a pro at self-practice by the time you’re done.

Entering the course includes an Unlimited Yoga membership at Svaha Yoga. And you’ll need it: you’re required to take a minimum of three classes a week with Patrick and Gösta, on top of the actual training sessions (taking place on the weekends). And we expect to see you at Kirtan on Friday evenings as well.

The Pre-Teacher Training program is also open to yoga students who don’t necessarily want to pursue our full 500+ hour yoga Teacher Training Course. We do ask you to fully commit, and you need to to handle a hefty dose of our Vinyasa Yoga 3 – Extreme Flow.
