Demystifying Chaturanga Dandasana with Shannon Handa

€30,00In most Vinyasa classes, students flow through Chaturanga Dandasana multiple times in a class. Despite how prevalent it is, this transition is not a simple one and often not broken down. Repeating these movements without the proper awareness, can not only lead to stress on joints and potential injuries, but also the benefits of the postures are not experienced. Join Shannon for a three-hour workshop to demystify Chaturanga Dandasana, as well as typical postures around this pose.
