I don't need pills – I've got yoga! A regular yoga practice ensures vitality, relaxation and helps you cultivate inner peace. My classes are relaxed and we pay a great deal of attention to meditation and breathing. If I can inspire my peers to live long, healthy and energetic lives, I'm happy.
