How long before class should I show up?
Pick your spot at least 15 min before we start to be sure not having to go Warrior 2 in the closet. And you'll have a bit of time for mental preparation.
Do I need to reserve classes in advance?
Yes, please reserve with MindBody to join our classes. Due to the new regulations, we have a limited amount of spots available.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes, please: in these post-corona times we unfortunately can't provide free mats anymore… But chin up! Let's color the studio with all your different mats 🙂
