Whether you’re young or old, rookie or long-time yogi – a suitable flow yoga class is likely to be on our list. And all yoga classes are taught in English. The best part? Each class is a custom mix of groovy tunes and the four paths of yoga.

How long before class should I show up?
Pick your spot at least 15 min before we start to be sure not having to go Warrior 2 in the closet. And you'll have a bit of time for mental preparation.
Do I need to reserve classes in advance?
No stress... You don't need to reserve to join a class. Just be on time to register at the front-desk and we'll make you a spot. *Exception: our free community class sometimes overflows.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Nope! We have enough to go around. We won't do anything crazy like charge you for using them either. But if you'd rather use your own, bring it.
