Power up instantly with our Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class. This intensely physical class explores the Primary series of Ashtanga yoga, with lots of Vinyasa to get your breath and movement flowing. Also known as the ‘modern form of classical yoga’, Ashtanga yoga follows the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois. An Ashtanga yoga class consists of a series of poses in a particular order, linked together with breath – called the Primary series.

Our Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class takes 75 minutes. The class is led by our Ashtanga yoga teacher Atalia who'll guide you safely through the series. This yoga class is quite intense, so you’ll need to be able to handle a Vinyasa Yoga 2 - Intense Flow class. If you have experience with other types of non-flow yoga, please discuss it with the teacher in advance.
