During this class, Tim takes it back to basics. It's an intense, yet slow-paced class that's interesting for everyone. The purpose of the Foundations of Yoga class is to explore the habits of constant thinking, holding your breath (you did just now, didn't you?) and the involuntary collection of tension in your body. The very subtle, meditative qualities of the class make it something else. Definitely worth trying out.
