We offer free meditation classes a couple of times per week. Experience doesn’t matter, just drop by if you’re looking for an organized way to quiet your mind. Just 30 minutes of stillness will already impact your wellbeing beyond belief, so these meditation sessions are definitely worth a regular visit.
