We know that yoga is priceless for everyone, even for those who can't afford it. That's why we host a weekly free yoga class for the community every Friday. Our Free Yoga classes are a bit shorter than our usual classes, because they're based on the four Sadhana. This class is taught by all our staff on rotation, so it has also gained popularity amongst our regulars who fancy a surprise.
Hosting activities for the community is our way of allowing everyone to enjoy the benefits of Vinyasa yoga, so please spread the word about this free yoga class. And while you're at it – don't forget our free meditation and Kirtan sessions.
