Patrick and Gösta developed the Sadhana series to help people improve their self-practice. At the core of each series is one of four distinct sequences derived from the Ashtanga primary series – forward-bends, twists, back-bends and balances.
These series are also the foundation for our weekly Free Yoga class for the Community
in the Amsterdam Jordaan yoga studio.
