Get your dose of relaxation and meditation during our Yin yoga class. It’s a slow-paced yoga class where you hold each separate yoga pose for about 5 minutes. All the poses are done on the floor and you’re supported by props when needed, so you can really focus on your breathing and give your connective tissue a work-out.
The class has a focus on flexibility more than on strength, so it doesn’t matter how old you are or how long you’ve practiced yoga. You’ll end up leaving this 90 minute class completely revived and balanced.
