The Svaha Yoga 500+hours teacher Training Certification Program will begin again in October 2018.

The Svaha Yoga 70hours pre-TTC is a prerequisite for entering the 500+hours program.

This dynamic, challenging and transformational program includes the following subject study areas:

• Asana (understanding, execution, adaptations, adjusting, teaching, sequencing
• Pranayama
• Meditation
• Mantra Chanting
• Kirtan
• Yoga Philosophy
• Sanskrit
• Anatomy (Kinesiology)
• Energetic anatomy (chakras, nadis and bandhas)
