You will receive a pre-recorded video before the course starts on:
- Instructions, How to Set up and Propping
- History and Schools of Yoga Nidra

- Zoom meetings will begin Monday May 14th from 9am-13pm Noon
- If you cannot meet at the designated time, the meeting will be recorded for you to make up before the next day. You will get the most out of the training if you are able to join live.
Practicum
- For those on the Certification Track, you will need to deliver or record yourself giving 2 Yoga Nidra experiences before certification begins on May 14th.
Recordings are available until 1 month after the training has ended
We’ll sent you the manual(s) and Yoga Nidra cards (Certification only, choose English or Dutch) by post
