Flying with Fleur, arm balance & inversion workshop
In this workshop you will learn the techniques to move into the more advanced arm balances – even that pose that you never dared to try before!
Moving into the poses step by step and with the support of blocks, belts, the wall or a partner, you will get a better understanding of how to divide your weight and how much lighter you can feel.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions & to playfully explore the arm balances.
