Saturday at Jordaan studio
Our practice peaks with a juicy cocktail to charge the spine with Prana… asana, mudra, bandha, breath and YOU are the ingredients! It’s recommended by the Tantric Yogis of the HYP so anything can happen!
Sunday at DownTown Shala
Leads us via the path of the spine to finally settle onto the ‘rock on which to take a seat amidst the swirling waves in the ocean that is Citta’ AKA the practice that is ‘the giver of great siddhis’ KAPOW! What is this mysterious practice? Join for the journey and discover the sparkling stream within yourself!
