One month intensive.

The new SvahaYoga Sadhana Series one month intensive is a prerequisite to join the SvahaYoga 500+ hrs teacher training.

This month intensive is also open for students who do not desire to join the 500+ hours SvahaYoga TTC, and is open for students of all levels who want to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga. In this one month intensive you will learn all four different SvahaYoga Sadhana signature series.
