The SvahaYoga Sadhana Series one month intensive is a prerequisite to join the SvahaYoga 500+ hrs teacher training.

This month intensive is also open for students who do not desire to join the 500+ hours SvahaYoga TTC, and is open for students of all levels who want to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga. In this one month intensive you will learn all four different SvahaYoga Sadhana signature series.

In this one month intensive you are required to take three classes a week with (the teachers of the Pre-TTC) Patrick & Gösta. The two weekend morning classes with Gösta and Patrick are mandatory classes during this intensive. It is allowed and recommended to have daily practice with your unlimited one month membership.

Friday night Kirtan between 20.00-21.30 is also mandatory.

We offer you a cocktail that will leave you energized and disciplined after one month of regular Yoga practice.
