One month intensive Pre-TTC program
The Svaha Yoga Sadhana Series one month intensive, starting in March, is a prerequisite to join the Svaha Yoga 500+ hrs teacher training that will start October 2023. This month intensive is also open for students who do not desire to join the 500+ hours Svaha Yoga TTC, and is open for students of all levels who want to deepen their practise and understanding of Yoga. 500Hr TTC 2023-2024
Svaha Yoga will start a new 10 month 500+ hours Teacher Training in October 2023. Make sure to sign up before September 1st 2023, ultimately. Topics include: Asana (understanding, execution, adjusting, prop & wall use, partner Yoga variations & teaching) Yoga and related philosophy Pranayama (5-week course) Meditation Energy body (knowledge of chakras, nadis and bandhas) Anatomy (Kinesiology) Mantra & chanting Sanskrit Philosophy The 500+ hours teacher training will include the following compulsory classes, events and other componenets: 5-week Pranayama…

Gösta will finally teach and retreat again at our beloved Yogarocks on Crete. The retreat will be a mix of active asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy.
