The Svaha Yoga Sadhana Series one month intensive is a prerequisite to join the Svaha Yoga 500+ hrs teacher training that will start October 2027. This month intensive is also open for students who do not desire to join the 500+ hours Svaha Yoga TTC, and is open for students of all levels who want to deepen their practise and understanding of Yoga. 500Hr TTC 2027-2028
SvahaYoga 500+ Hrs. Teacher Training 2027-2028 SvahaYoga will start a new 10 month 500+ hours Teacher Training in October 2027. Subjects will be: Asana (understanding, execution, adjusting, prop & wall use, partner Yoga variations & teaching) Yoga and related philosophy Pranayama 5 session course Meditation Energy body….knowledge of chakras, nadis and bandhas Anatomy (Kinesiology) Mantra chanting Sanskrit For more information please mail to: info@svahayoga.com
