Yoga is my antidote. In everyday life I'm a researcher. After a long day's work, the exercise and chanting take me back to the physical, and the warmth of the Svaha Shala brings me out of my head into my heart. I get to celebrate all the individual ways of being in the world through yoga, which I look forward to every single day. I believe that our practice can transform any and every aspect of our lives.
