Between two breaths, silence arises. Within that silence, two breaths merge.

ABOUT ME
I first tried Hatha yoga when I was just a 16-year old hippie boy. Around this time in the early nineties, I was introduced to a book called "Power Yoga: The total strength and flexibility workout" by Beryl Bender Birch. This turned out to be my gateway into the beautiful and revealing practice of Ashtanga yoga.
Because of my desire to push limits, I had to pause my yoga practice a few times due to injuries. A combination of Vinyasa and Anusara yoga was the key to bring me back to earth and my calm self.
I started teaching Vinyasa yoga in 2012, where I love to share the inspiration and lessons I received from my teachers throughout my yoga journey. And I'm still learning every day.
