About me

My mum used to teach me breathing techniques to send me off to sleep when I was a kid. Those techniques suddenly got the name Pranayama when I first came to Svaha Yoga, so it felt like home straight away. I did it all – I started as a student, helped out as a Karma yogi and ultimately became a teacher and I'm incredibly grateful for it all! A few years back, Pat and Gös were looking for someone to assist them running the school, right when I was looking for a change. Now that's karma.
