My yogic journey began at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Amsterdam, back in 1989. The Iyengar yoga method of aligning the body in order to create space in the joints keeps fascinating me to this day. To me, there's nothing like the lightness I experience in my entire being, and it's all thanks to yoga.
