The seed of Yoga was planted early on in my life. Together with my dad, I used to practice Hatha yoga on the dark and cold days back in my home town Kurgan, Russia.
It took me a little while since then, but 14 years ago I finally took up a daily yoga practice – and never looked back. My practice at Svaha Yoga Amsterdam really feels like coming back home. I’m grateful to be part of this movement, and delighted that I’m able to spread the love with my Yin yoga classes 🙂
