If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito. (Dalai Lama XIV)

ABOUT ME
Yoga helps you to connect physical strengths and capabilities with mental ones. We often get obsessed with caring for the physical and the mental separately. Yoga helped me to experience the power that comes from a practice that combines both.
My fascination with the physical body started at a very young age. I loved to dance as a kid, so I filled my life with dance and movement from about four years old. Later in life, I became very interested in Quantum Physics, especially the relationship between matter and consciousness. However, the true connection between the physical and mental remained a mystery to me – until I started doing yoga. The teachings and practice of yoga tied everything together for me.
One of the greatest gifts of yoga is to be in tune with the balance between mind and matter. Staying authentic is crucial to keeping that balance. That’s what I love about Svaha: it’s a place where yoga feels real and authentic. I’ll be eternally grateful for the opportunity to teach here at Svaha Yoga Amsterdam.
